What Do I Do When A Dog Chases Me?
With all of the extra road miles I ran this past week, I had quite a few encounters with dogs. In fact, I had some sort of encounter almost every day, although nothing came of any of them and only a few had me worrying about what to do.

Day #24 – A Lot of Road Miles
Today I ran 16 in the morning and 8 in the evening. This week I ran over 148 miles. That just seems nuts to me, and is well and above anything I have ever done before, including college when I used to actually run crazy mileage. There are now only 7 days left to the challenge, about 196 miles.

Day #19 – More Snow but More Fun
More snow today, but I enjoyed my runs much more and got over last night’s funk. I split my miles today into 3 runs, 9, 6 and 4. I also managed to get a little shoveling in after the final run, around 9 o’clock at night.
