More snow today, but I enjoyed my runs much more and got over last night’s funk. I split my miles today into 3 runs, 9, 6 and 4. I also managed to get a little shoveling in after the final run, around 9 o’clock at night.

Today I headed over to the Black Brook Preserve where we proceeded to spend the few hours hiking about in the woods in snow shoes. Combined with over 3½ hours of shoveling snow, I definitely got my workout(s) in today.
